Amy Hazelton

Amy Hazelton is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at nVent since April 2018, where responsibilities include global leadership in Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at Pentair from July 2014 to April 2018, including Compensation Senior Manager for the Electrical Segment and Compensation Manager for Flow & Filtration Solutions. Earlier experience at Ally Financial Inc. spanned from June 2009 to June 2014 in roles such as Compensation Consultant and Analyst. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Women's Studies from Stony Brook University.
