Brian Coleman

Brian Coleman was named nVent’s President of Electrical Connections in March 2025.  Prior to joining nVent, Brian spent fourteen years with 3M, most recently serving as President & General Manager, Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division.  Prior to this role, Brian led various businesses across industrial, safety, automotive and retail and aftermarket segments. In addition to leading businesses, he has held roles in both sustainability and corporate strategy.  Brian has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Grand Valley State University, College of Engineering in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
