Chad Nelson is an experienced professional in lean operations and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Enterprise Director of Lean at nVent since January 2023. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Continuous Improvement Operations Manager at 3M from September 2012 to November 2022, and served as Lean Operations Manager at Andersen Corporation from June 2000 to August 2012. Chad holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
