Diederick Speck

Diederick Speck is currently an HR Intern at nVent since September 2025, following various leadership and administrative roles within the student association Source Tilburg. Diederick served as Chair of the Activities Committee, where effective meeting leadership and task coordination were key responsibilities, aimed at creating engaging and educational programs for members. Additionally, as Secretary and member of multiple committees, Diederick contributed to the administrative integrity and financial transparency of the associations, and played a significant role in organizing events for first-year HRM students. Diederick's work experience also includes roles at Bonheur Horeca Groep, where responsibilities spanned from being an ambulant worker to a night porter at Auberge du Bonheur, ensuring guest safety and comfort. Diederick holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys Hogeschool, complemented by a HAVO degree in Economics and Society from Theresialyceum.
