Donnie Swing

Donnie Swing is currently the R&D Engineering Manager at nVent and serves as the Research and Development Engineering Manager at Avail Switchgear Systems. Previously, they held positions such as Senior R&D Engineer and Product Engineer at Powell Industries and Hubbell Power Systems, respectively, and began their career as a Product Design Engineer at Southern States. Donnie also contributes to the IEEE Standards Association as an AudCom Board Member and is involved with the IEEE PES Switchgear Committee, where they recently served as Chair. Donnie continues to advance their education at Auburn University.
