Drew Smith

Drew Smith has extensive experience in the supply chain field. Drew is currently working as the Supply Chain Director at nVent since November 2022. Previously, they worked at 3M for over 11 years, holding various roles including Global Supply Chain Leader from January 2021 to November 2022, Supply Chain Manager from May 2015 to January 2021, and Supply Chain Analyst from March 2011 to May 2015. Prior to 3M, Drew worked at Graco as a Buyer/Planner from January 2010 to March 2011 and as a Product Planner from August 2008 to January 2010.

Drew Smith holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, which was earned from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2018. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Operations/ Materials Management at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in Building and Leading Effective Teams from Columbia Business School Executive Education in 2017, as well as the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) designations from APICS in 2014 and 2008 respectively.
