Elaine C. is an accomplished pricing and finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Global Pricing at nVent since March 2018, Elaine has previously held significant positions at Pentair Electrical, Panduit, and Grundfos Pumps Corporation, where responsibilities included pricing management, sales excellence, and financial analysis. With a background that includes a strong foundation in sales reporting, budgeting, and margin analysis, Elaine has also completed executive education programs in Pricing Strategy and Tactics and High Potential Leadership at prestigious institutions such as The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Elaine holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University, with specializations in Finance and Marketing, respectively.
