Ethan Schmitz

Ethan Schmitz is a seasoned supply chain professional currently serving as a Senior Supply Planner at nVent since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ethan gained extensive experience at 3M from July 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included positions as Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, and Optimized Operations (O2) Supply Chain Analyst. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2018, and also attended Freie Universität Berlin in 2017.
