Giovanni Tilano

Giovanni Tilano possesses extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as the Customer Care Geographic Team Lead for Europe at nVent since May 2021, where previous roles included Customer Service Team Lead and Team Lead Traffic & Order Services EMEA. Prior to nVent, Giovanni worked at Crane Worldwide Logistics from September 2020 to May 2021, holding positions as Account Supervisor and Senior Account Coordinator. Giovanni's career began at SYNCREON, where tenure lasted from October 2013 to September 2020, culminating in the roles of Manufacturing Supervisor and Manufacturing Team Lead. Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de la Costa CUC (2004-2006) and an Expert degree in Development and Implementation of Construction Projects from IES Gran Via (2008-2011).
