Jacob Loar

Jacob Loar, CPIM, currently serves as the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager at nVent since August 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at 3M, where Jacob held roles such as Customer Facing Supply Chain Lead and Supply Chain Analyst, contributing to significant improvements in customer service and operational efficiencies. Key achievements at 3M include leading projects that enhanced data accuracy for key accounts, reducing handling costs, and achieving green scorecards.
