Jason Psenicka is an accomplished supply chain leader with extensive experience in global and North American supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at nVent since 2018, Jason oversees the Erico International business segment's $220 million annual direct spend and $35 million in addressable indirect spend. Prior to nVent, Jason held various leadership positions at Pentair, including Director of Supply Chain, Global Strategic Supply Manager, Global Commodity Manager, and Procurement Manager, cumulatively managing significant spend and strategic sourcing initiatives. Jason's career also includes roles at Buyers Products, Swagelok, Picker International, and Bicron Electronics, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supply from Cleveland State University.
