John Nikolić

John Nikolić is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the EMEAI and APAC regions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at nVent since May 2023, John has a proven track record in transformational leadership and strategic initiatives. Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Tenneco Inc., John oversaw 24 manufacturing facilities and a workforce of 6,500, managing a financial responsibility of €2.2 billion. John's background includes significant roles at Exide Technologies, where expertise in change management, operational excellence, and lean management was developed across various sectors. Earlier experiences also encompass senior leadership positions in commercial operations and plant management, showcasing a consistent focus on process improvements and successful startup initiatives. John holds education from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and completed the CPA Australia Program.
