Josh Schulz

Josh Schulz possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Vice President of Organization Effectiveness & Total Rewards at nVent since May 2018. Prior to this role, Schulz held multiple positions at Pentair from June 2005 to May 2018, including Vice President of Human Resources and International Human Resources Manager. Earlier in the career, Schulz worked at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen in accounting and consulting roles. Schulz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
