Katrina Clark

Katrina Clark is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at nVent since April 2018, Katrina previously held the role of Plant Manager at the same company. Prior to nVent, leadership roles included Manager of Human Resources at Pentair, Manager of Human Resources and Employee Communication at ERICO, and HR Generalist. Katrina began a career in operations and training in the US Army, where responsibilities included Operations and Training NCIOC. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
