Keshav Murthy

Keshav Murthy currently serves as the Regional Head of Finance, Controlling for India and the Middle East at nVent, a role that involves overseeing finance, compliance, and business partnering across six business entities. Prior to nVent, Keshav held various finance leadership positions at Schneider Electric from 2015 to 2024, including Director of Power Products Portfolio Business Finance and Head of Finance for GSC Batam, where responsibilities encompassed product cost management, performance management, and finance business partnering. Recognized for exceptional performance, Keshav received several awards during tenure at Schneider Electric, such as the "Best Lean Project of the Year" and was acknowledged as "The Best Employee of the Year" within GSC finance teams. Keshav's earlier career includes senior finance roles at Aurigene Discovery Technologies and Akzonobel Coatings, with a foundational experience in auditing at K S Aiyar & Co and KPMG. Keshav is a Chartered Accountant and completed an organizational leadership program at INSEAD.
