Mark Hortman

Mark Hortman, MBA, PMP, is an experienced Program Manager currently at nVent, where responsibilities include guiding program initiatives and acting as an agile coach for multiple teams during the replatforming process to new CMS technology. Hortman has previously worked at ThreeBridge Solutions as a contractor in a similar capacity and held various positions at Digital River, culminating in the role of Principal Enterprise Program Manager, overseeing API strategy programs. With a robust background that includes co-founding Avatar Solutions LLC and serving as COO of John's Auto Parts, Hortman brings extensive expertise in project management, operational leadership, and technology implementation. Academic credentials include an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
