Matt McCarthy

Matt McCarthy is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, internal reporting, and digital finance. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Finance and Director of FP&A at nVent since December 2017, Matt previously held key positions at Pentair, including Director of Internal Reporting and Director of FP&A from June 2008 to December 2017. Matt's career also includes roles as Manager of Legal Entity Accounting at Best Buy and Manager of Financial Systems & Reporting at Pentair, along with a foundational position in Financial Accounting at Bremer Bank. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
