Melissa Botti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at nVent since January 2013, focusing on Grounding and Bonding within nVent ERICO. In 2021, Melissa held the position of Vice Chair of the NEMA US-CC Section as a Global Product Manager for ERICO. Prior to nVent, Melissa worked at ERICO from September 2006 to December 2012, where responsibilities included directing new channels and end-users and managing the global product lines for CADDY Electrical and CADDY Mechanical.
