Michael Glass

Michael Glass is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the electrical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Key Accounts and OEM at nVent since May 2018, Michael leads sales efforts across North America while promoting various Electrical and Fastening Solutions brands. Prior to this role, Michael was a Business Development Manager, focusing on key verticals such as E-Mobility and Renewable Energy, and a Regional Sales Manager, managing territories in the Eastern US and Canada. Michael's previous experience includes roles at Brady Corporation as Regional Sales Manager overseeing the Southeast US, and at 3M Company as a Regional Sales Manager for the Static Control Business Unit. Michael began a career in sales with Floritronics LLC as a Manufacturing Representative and initially worked in management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Western Carolina University.
