Michael Pasqua is a Manufacturing Engineer II at nVent since October 2023. Michael has actively contributed to Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity as an Active Member and Intramural Chair since November 2019. Previous engineering experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Rosti Group, where Michael designed 3D printed fixtures and developed an end-of-arm tool for a robot. Earlier internships also included roles at Hayes Performance Systems, ABB, and VéloCity Cycling, gaining diverse experience in supply chain management, assembly, testing, and mechanical repairs. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton, earned in May 2023, and graduated from Marquette University High School in 2018.
