Mike Jansma

Mike Jansma has had an extensive career in technology and business development. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology for nVent, where they lead the technology vision and strategy for the nVent Enclosures Segment. Prior to this role, they also held the position of Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at nVent and CIS Global.

Before joining nVent, Mike founded Enlogic, a global technology company focused on intelligent data center solutions. Mike built the company from the ground up, establishing engineering R&D facilities and teams as well as global sales and marketing teams.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked at APC by Schneider Electric as the Global Product Line Manager for Data Center Power Distribution and Server Access. Mike played a key role in growing APC's market share and led a team that created and launched a successful new product platform.

Mike's previous experience includes roles at Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group, ABB, and Argonne National Laboratory. In these positions, they showcased their expertise in engineering and power transmission and distribution.

Mike Jansma obtained an MBA from the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1999, and their BS in Mechanical Engineering from the same institute in 1995. Mike also pursued Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1993.
