Mike Soderlind

Mike Soderlind, CMA, is an enterprise FP&A leader with extensive experience across public, private, and private equity-held businesses in manufacturing, IT, and CPG sectors. They specialize in financial modeling, strategic planning, and mentoring junior associates to cultivate future finance leaders. Currently, Mike serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise FP&A at nVent, where they own forecasting and budgeting processes while partnering with leadership to identify growth opportunities. Previously, they held various finance and accounting roles, including Senior Financial Consultant at Optum and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Dessert Holdings. Mike earned a BA in Public Accounting and Spanish from Gustavus Adolphus College and also studied International Economics at Universidad de Sevilla.
