Mitchell Kurtz is an experienced financial analyst currently serving as a Senior FP&A Analyst at nVent since July 2020, with roles in Systems Protection, Enterprise, and Enclosures, as well as participation in the Finance Leadership Development Program. Prior to this, Mitchell gained valuable experience as an Investor Relations and Treasury Analyst and in Internal Audit within the same program. Earlier experience includes a Finance Internship in Treasury at Polaris Inc. During academic pursuits, Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, specializing in Finance, from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, graduating in 2020.
