Mukund Rane

Mukund Rane is an experienced Human Resources leader with a strong background in organizational development and change management. From March 2014 to the present, Mukund serves as the Global Organizational Development Leader at nVent, focusing on designing OD initiatives and leading change management projects. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources, overseeing talent strategy and leadership development across India, the Middle East, and Turkey, and Head of Human Resources managing HR functions at a national level. Mukund's experience extends to positions at Larsen & Toubro Limited, where responsibilities included HR for a joint venture, and roles at Crompton Greaves, Mahindra & Mahindra, and TAFE. Educational qualifications include a degree in Organizational Design from Cornell University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management.
