Norma Harris

Norma Harris is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Tax Analyst at nVent since April 2024. With extensive experience in various roles, Norma previously worked as a Consultant/Contractor at Adecco Group from December 2015 to March 2024, and held multiple positions at ActivStyle, including Director of Reimbursement Services and Medical Billing and Collections Manager from March 2013 to May 2014. Prior to that, Norma was the Director of Finance at Hill-Rom from September 2009 to April 2012, and at Smiths Medical from January 1995 to January 2009, where notable roles included Director of Diabetes Administration and Sr. Manager of Financial Analysis. Norma holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Winona State University.
