Pascal Grolet has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the electrical and sales industry. Pascal started their career in Cegelec NDT as a technician before moving on to the Armée de Terre and Groupe Martin Belaysoud. Pascal then joined Hager Group as a site manager and technical-sales coach for over 15 years. Grolet later worked at ERICO, where they served as a regional sales director for France, Benelux, Suisse, and Portugal, and later as a channel manager for Europe. Pascal then joined Pentair Electrical as a channel manager for EMEA and later as the Europe and MEA channel management leader. Currently, Grolet works at nVent as the Vice President Strategic Accounts Leader for EMEAI & APAC Channel Sales, Marketing & Digital growth.

Pascal Grolet completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on company strategic management at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School from 2016 to 2018. During the same period, they also pursued a Master 2 (M2) in Economics and Management at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, specifically at the IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School. Additionally, they earned a Dual Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Groupe IFG, specializing in strategic management from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, Pascal obtained a Master's degree in Marketing and Sales Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 1996 to 1998. Pascal also earned a BTS Force de Vente (Technical Advanced Diploma in Sales) from ESC de l'Ain from 1989 to 1992. Pascal is currently an alumni of IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and continues to focus on administration and general business management. Finally, it is worth noting that Pascal holds electrical degrees from Lycée Carriat.
