Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas is an experienced professional with a robust background in industrial management and leadership. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member on the Katy YMCA Advisory Board since October 2021, Thomas brings significant expertise from a long career in the industrial sector. Previously, Thomas held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Global Industrial Heating Solutions at nVent until retirement in April 2019, and served as VP and GM for US and Latin America at Pentair from February 1995 to April 2015, focusing on thermal management solutions. Early career experience includes various roles at Schlumberger from February 1984 to March 1995. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University, completed between 1979 and 1983.
