Quincy Smith, MBA, LSSBB, PMP, is a seasoned Process Innovator with a proven ability to translate strategy, policy, and ideas into efficient, scalable processes that deliver measurable value. From 2012 to 2016, Quincy served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at UnitedHealth Group, where they co-led initiatives that achieved 100% regulatory compliance and significantly reduced appeal volumes. Quincy also held roles like Associate Director Reporting & Data Operations and Policy Implementation Consultant, currently serving as the Business Process Lean Leader at nVent, driving lean transformation and cross-functional improvements. Quincy earned an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in 2006.
