Sean McHale

Sean McHale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic partnerships within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Global Program Manager for Strategic Accounts at nVent since January 2023, Sean previously held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Edison Manufacturing and Engineering, where responsibilities included managing business development and quote processes. Prior to that, Sean spent several years at Roush Industries in various roles, including Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives, where efforts focused on improving efficiency and implementing technology solutions, and Senior Manager of the Business Office, overseeing program planning and financial structures for manufacturing operations. Sean's career began as a Project Supervisor at GM Precision Contracting Corp. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Michigan State University, earned in 2017.
