Teodor Ionescu

Teodor Ionescu has accumulated extensive experience in continuous improvement and maintenance management across various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Eldon Enclosures since 2017, Ionescu previously held a similar role at Autoliv from 2006 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing spare parts, building infrastructure, and maintenance. Earlier positions at Autoliv also involved overseeing prototype and maintenance departments. Prior to that, Ionescu worked as a Production Coordinator and Maintenance Engineer at Stelco Romania, contributing to the development and certification of exhaust systems. Ionescu's career began as an Electrical Engineer at Monedin SRL. Educational qualifications include a Licenta in Electrical Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, completed in 2002.
