Aayush Gupta

Aayush Gupta is currently an AI DevTech Intern at NVIDIA, focusing on generative diffusion models for climate, and has held various research and engineering positions since 2021. As an undergraduate researcher at Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research, Aayush contributes to Nerfstudio, a 3D vision research library, and works on autonomous drone navigation utilizing deep reinforcement learning. Additional experience includes serving as course staff at UC Berkeley in multiple capacities, including as a lab assistant and reader for various computer science courses. Aayush has also worked on developing an IMU & LiDAR SLAM system for the AI Racing Tech project's autonomous racecar and gained skills in embedded software engineering at Intuitive and R&D software engineering at Siemens EDA. Aayush holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, expected in 2025, and previously completed a high school diploma at John P. Stevens High School.
