Alex Katz is currently a Tech Lead in Electro-optical Transceivers Architecture and System at NVIDIA, specializing in silicon-photonics transceiver design for high-speed fiber optic communication. Previously, Katz co-founded Ultrasenic, serving as CTO, and held senior roles at InfiniDome, Todos Technologies, and Broadcom, focusing on RF, analog, and mixed-signal systems. With extensive experience in system architecture, design of electro-optical transceivers, and millimeter wave RFIC design, Katz has also contributed to academic research and development as a Research Scientist at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Katz is pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same institution.
