Ani Vaidya

Ani (Aniruddha) Vaidya is a seasoned professional in the field of GPU Deep Learning Architecture, currently serving as the Director at NVIDIA since February 2013, following roles as Senior Manager and Principal Architect. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Staff Researcher and Team Lead at Intel Labs, where Ani contributed to GPGPU architecture and innovative SIMD divergence optimizations. Earlier roles at Intel Corporation involved performance analysis and server workload assessments, alongside insights gained as a Summer Intern at IBM. Ani holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Penn State University, an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
