Ashkan Vakil

Ashkan Vakil is a Senior Physical Design Engineer at NVIDIA, where they engage in research and development of pioneering physical design methodologies for graphics processors and SoCs. With a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from George Mason University, Ashkan has a robust research background in hardware security, low-power designs, and variation modeling. Their earlier experiences include internships in research and development roles, as well as teaching assistantships in various engineering subjects. Ashkan also holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mazandaran.
