Christophe Van Praet

Christophe Van Praet is an electronic engineer specializing in FPGA development with extensive experience in both space and avionics contexts. Christophe's career includes roles such as Senior Design Lead at NVIDIA and Lead Firmware Designer for the Altius satellite mission at OIP N.V. Previously, Christophe contributed as a Senior Researcher at imec, where they worked on porting ASIC designs, and gained significant experience as a Consultant in Firmware Engineering. Christophe holds a PhD in Electronics Engineering from Ghent University, where they also completed a Master of Electrical Engineering and a Master of Industrial Sciences.
