Jiacheng Xu is currently a Senior Research Scientist at NVIDIA, specializing in the research and development of Nemotron. Previously, Jiacheng served as a Research Scientist at Salesforce AI Research, focusing on text decoding and generation. Jiacheng earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where they were advised by Prof. Greg Durrett. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Fudan University, where they engaged with the FudanNLP group under the guidance of Prof. Xipeng Qiu and Prof. Xuanjing Huang.
