Joel Jang

Joel Jang is a Senior Research Scientist at Nvidia GEAR Lab, where they lead initiatives focused on video world models and latent actions. They are currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Washington. Previously, Joel interned at several institutions including LG AI Research, where they worked on improving large language models, and 카카오브레인, where they constructed large-scale image datasets. Joel has also contributed to projects at NAVER Corp and the Korea Institute of Science and Technology EUROPE, developing models and solutions in machine learning and robotics.
