Kutty Banerjee

Kutty Banerjee is a Senior Director of Engineering at NVIDIA since November 2020, focusing on GeForce NOW Platform Architecture. Previously, Kutty held the position of Engineering Manager at Google from December 2019 to November 2020, leading the ML Runtime team at Google Brain in optimizing ML workloads on TPUs. Prior to Google, Kutty served as a Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager at Apple from August 2013 to December 2019, contributing to Apple GPU and M1 Silicon development. Kutty's career at NVIDIA began in May 2005, where contributions included leading the Fermi GPU kernel project and designing aspects of the Maxwell architecture until May 2013. Educational background includes a Master’s in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
