Manisha Agarwal is currently the India Lead of SOX Compliance at NVIDIA, where they conduct comprehensive testing of IT Automated Controls and oversee financial controls for both domestic and international operations. With prior roles at PwC and Bharat D Sarawgee & Co., Manisha has developed a strong expertise in internal audits, financial statement preparation, and compliance with statutory requirements. They are a Chartered Accountant and possess a self-starter mentality, effectively problem-solving and advocating for improvements in processes. Manisha’s experience is further enhanced by their proficiency in utilizing SAP for various auditing and compliance tasks.
