Mariah Cortez

Mariah Cortez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as a Learning & Development Specialist at NVIDIA since May 2016. In previous roles at NVIDIA, Mariah held the position of Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on enhancing the employee experience within the Hardware Engineering organization by implementing onboarding initiatives and a nationwide mentorship program. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Mariah was a Human Resources Consultant and Graduate Student Assistant at San Jose State University, where collaborative projects included data analysis for accreditation and climate surveys. Mariah began the academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude, followed by a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San José State University.
