Mingyang Song

Mingyang Song is currently an ASIC Low Power Design Engineer at NVIDIA, focusing on GPU low power design and verification. They completed a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University in 2023 and previously earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from the South University of Science and Technology of China in 2022. Mingyang has also held internships as an ASIC Design Intern at Apple and as a Research Intern at Tencent, exploring interests in front-end VLSI design, embedded systems, and computer architecture.
