Phyllis Yao

Phyllis Yao is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at NVIDIA since September 2005, Phyllis is responsible for the full HR function across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea. Prior to NVIDIA, Phyllis held positions at Microsoft, including Greater China HR Director and Taiwan HR Manager, and served as VP of Human Resources at Cigna International. Phyllis also worked as a Sr. HR Specialist at HP and an HR Consultant at Hay Management Consultants. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations from Chinese Culture University and further studies at Georgia State University.
