Raji C. is the current VP of SOC Hardware Engineering at NVIDIA, where the focus is on building Systems on Silicon for AI, automotive, and data center applications. With extensive experience in hardware engineering, Raji previously served as Senior Director of ASIC/SOC Hardware Engineering, managing the Nvidia Xavier Automotive SOC with 9 billion transistors, and overseeing its entire program from architecture to production. Prior to joining NVIDIA in 2005, Raji worked at Intel as an Engineering Manager, contributing to projects like the Xscale-based Storage SOC Processor and establishing the Storage Component Division in India. Raji began a career in ASIC design and project management at HCL Technologies, leading various projects and teams, and has also held positions at ITI Limited, focusing on communication products and custom VLSI circuits. Raji holds an M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
