Reco Lin has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles across multiple companies. Starting as Store Leader at eslite 誠品, followed by HR Manager positions at Hang Ten North America and JTI (Japan Tobacco International), Reco transitioned to HR Operations Manager at HP. Subsequent roles included Director of HRBP at AMD and Senior HR Business Partner at Apple. Currently serving as Taiwan HR Head at NVIDIA, Reco has a strong educational background in Human Resources Management and English Language and Literature from National Sun Yat-Sen University and Providence University, respectively. Reco is also pursuing a Ph.D. in business management at 國立交通大學.
