Rudolf Schlangen is an experienced manager at NVIDIA since June 2012, overseeing EFA on logic failures requiring ATE stimulus and leading a team across South Carolina, California, and Taiwan while utilizing various systems. Previously, Rudolf served as a Senior Failure Analysis Electrical Engineer, providing technical leadership for advanced EFA practices, and was responsible for multiple testing systems. Prior to NVIDIA, Rudolf worked at DCG Systems from November 2009 to July 2013 as an Application Developer, leading the development of the ELITE product based on Thermo-Sensorik technology for defect localization in IC, package, and board level EFA. Rudolf holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Failure Analysis from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master's degree in Microelectronics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, along with international academic experience from Curtin University.
