Sorin Oprea

Sorin Oprea is a Senior Physical Design Engineer at NVIDIA, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Sorin worked as a Physical Design Engineer at Tremend Software Consulting from 2019 to 2022, and as a Jr. Physical Design Engineer at eSilicon from 2017 to 2019, where they were involved in various aspects of static timing analysis, floor planning, and scripting. Sorin earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering in 2018, followed by a Master's degree in Microsystems in 2020, both from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
