SUPRATIM DAS

Supratim Das is a Senior ASIC Engineer at NVIDIA, currently working in the GPU Memory Subsystem team, where they help design and co-architect memory subsystems for next-generation GPUs/SOCs. They previously held positions at Samsung Research Institute, STMicroelectronics, and as an Assistant Professor at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, focusing on RTL design and embedded software development. Supratim earned a Master’s degree in VLSI & Embedded Systems from the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology. Passionate about technology since childhood, Supratim continues to engage in DIY projects and explore how things work.
