Thijs Rademaker

Thijs Rademaker is a seasoned business development leader currently serving at NVIDIA since October 2020. Previously, Thijs held various senior leadership roles at Halliburton from 1997 to 2020, including Sr. Director of Digital, where responsibilities included directing Industry 4.0 customer engagements. Thijs also transformed Landmark, a Halliburton service line, into a subscription-based model while maximizing customer lifetime value through strategic customer experience initiatives. With experience managing large teams and operations across North America and the Middle East & North Africa, Thijs has a strong background in sales, business development, and global operations. Earlier in Thijs's career, experience as a Drilling Services Engineer at Schlumberger complemented a strong academic foundation, earning a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
