Ting Ku

Ting Ku is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in circuit and board design, currently serving as Director of Engineering at NVIDIA since January 2001, specializing in power and signal integrity from silicon to board level. Prior roles include circuit design engineer/manager focusing on high-speed I/O circuit design at NVIDIA, circuit design engineer at 3dfx, where work involved AGP8X and DDR2, and Lead circuit design engineer at Aspec Technology overseeing custom I/O design. Ting Ku began a career at LSI Corporation as a circuit design engineer in field custom I/O circuit design. Education includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
