Yongseok Jin is a Senior GPU Architect at NVIDIA, where they create functional and performance C++ models for NVIDIA GPUs and design architectural components. Previously, they served as a Staff Systems Engineer at Qualcomm, focusing on developing bit-accurate C++ models for multi-codec video systems. Yongseok’s earlier roles include a Lecturer at Penn State University and a Postdoc Researcher at Micro Design Lab, where they led a project for a bio-inspired object recognition system. They hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from Seoul National University.
